First, make sure you heated it for the full 25 seconds as instructed. If it still doesn't feel warm enough, let it rest for 1 minute without heating. Then heat it again for just 10 more seconds. That's 35 seconds in total. Don't heat it continuously for more than 25 seconds at a time. Repeat the heat cycle above for higher temperatures.
